5 Star Vapor™ Hair Clipper

It stands for Fadeout 32, on accounts of it having 32 blade teeth. The blade has 50% more teeth than normal.

There are three steps to do this:

1. Remove the Blade Screws
   • Use a screwdriver to loosen the screws that hold the blade assembly in place. You don’t need to remove them entirely, just loosen them enough so the blade can slide.
2. Adjust the Cutting Blade
   • Carefully slide the cutting blade (the smaller, moving blade) closer to the stationary blade (the larger blade).
   • Alignment Check: Ensure the cutting blade is perfectly parallel to the stationary blade and slightly below the edge. If the cutting blade overlaps the stationary blade, it could cut or irritate the skin.
3. Secure the Screws & Fine-Tune
   • Gently tighten the screws enough to hold the blades in place but not so tight that you can’t make final adjustments.
   • Look at the blade from the side and front. The teeth of the moving blade should sit just below the teeth of the stationary blade.
   • Adjust as necessary until the alignment is perfect.
4. Fully Tighten the Screws
   • Once the blades are aligned to your satisfaction, tighten the screws securely. you have now successfully zero-gapped your clipper.
