RECIPE: Green Smoothie
James Martin's Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
- ½ Ripe banana peeled and cut into chunks
- 50g White seedless grapes
- 100g Plain yoghurt
- ½ Apple cored and cut into chunks
- 50g Fresh watercress leaves washed
- 1 tsp Runny honey
Method:
- Place all of the ingredients into the blender cup and blend until smooth, you may need to add a little milk and re-blend to help mix and obtain the required consistency.
- Remove from the blender and drink or store until required.
