Ingredients
½ Ripe banana peeled and cut into chunks 50g White seedless grapes 100g Plain yoghurt ½ Apple cored and cut into chunks 50g Fresh watercress leaves washed 1 tsp Runny honeyEquipment
Hand Blender Measuring jug Cup or glass to serveMethod
Place all of the ingredients into the blender cup and blend until smooth, you may need to add a little milk and re-blend to help mix and obtain the required consistency.
