Chicken casserole
Ingredients:
Chicken joints skinned.
Onions roughly chopped.
Tinned tomatoes or passata.
Can of sweet corn drained.
Vegetables such as peppers, carrots, celery, leeks.
Bay leaf, mixed herbs.
Chicken stock approx 300ml (1/2 pint).
Add ingredients to pot, season to taste, cook on high 5-7 hours / low for 8-10 hours
Once done, all ready to go
