The legal bits…

This November 20th – 30th we are running our Black Friday 25% off discount. The code: BLACKFRIDAY applies to selected full priced lines.

If a product already has a discount associated with it, you cannot also apply the 25% discount.

Any new product launches are not eligible for the Black Friday promotion.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless they are delivered damaged, faulty or not as described.

Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply if we have made or customised the product specifically for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and your actions result in damage or deterioration. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.

 

Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated at the current rate on shipping destination. It is included in the price for orders shipped to the UK and Ireland.

All prices are in GBP & Euro are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs, where applicable, are payable by you as indicated on your invoice. No contract exists between you and Wahl (UK) Limited until we accept the order by taking payment for the goods or service. Payment for goods or services ordered by telephone or internet must be made by one of the following credit or debit cards: Mastercard, Visa (including Delta), Switch or Maestro. Payment by cheque is only accepted for mail order products or services. We will not supply products or services until payment is authorised and we reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder. Wahl (UK) Ltd retain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. If your order is declined or cancelled after the payment has been processed, a refund will be issued. Credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK are converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.

Wahl (UK) Ltd will deliver the order to the specified delivery address.

Mainland UK – Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which aims to deliver within 3 working days (excluding bank holidays) once it has been dispatched from us.

Ireland – your order will be sent by Parcel Force which aims to deliver within 5-7 working days (excluding bank holidays) once it has been dispatched from us.

Please note that delivery times around bank holidays may take longer than the estimated delivery time.

If there is not enough stock to fulfil your order, a Wahl UK Ltd representative will contact you via email. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, costs or expenses caused by failure to deliver in accordance with the delivery or shipment dates given. If you order more than one product, your order may be dispatched separately and may be delivered to you at different times.

Ownership and risk of the goods will pass to you when full payment has been received by us for the goods and when the goods have been delivered to the address you provided or where relevant any alternative address you have provided.

Any problems with your delivery, please contact Wahl within 30 days of the date which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.

Your order will be processed through Wahl UK’s quality control department. The courier will document the weight and dimensions to ensure that you receive your complete order.

 

Due to the high volume of orders during our Black Friday event, delivery may be affected. 

Damaged Items

We work in line with the Consumer Right Act, and we strive to provide high quality goods, if however, you receive goods which are damaged please contact our Customer Service Team, as soon as reasonably possible and either a replacement product or refund will be organised.

Faulty Items

If you suspect a fault with your product, please refer to the instruction booklet or check out our Help section on our website as it maybe something that is easily resolved. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance. If the problem cannot be resolved and the product is confirmed as faulty by our technicians, we will offer a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on how long you have had the product for.

Faults must be brought to our attention as soon as reasonable possible.

Please note, when a repair or replacement is provided there will be no extension of the guarantee period.

Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received an incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service Team. Any return postage for errors will be at Wahl (UK) Ltd.’s cost.

Please note that your product contents may vary. This can occur with colours, blades, combs and other accessories within the kit.

Right to Cancel – Cancelling your order

If you are a consumer, purchasing goods online, over the phone or by post, you have a 14-day cancellation period. This begins once your order is complete and ends 14 days from the day after you receive your goods.

Unwanted Item

We know that you will be pleased with your purchase from wahl.co.uk, however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

If you no longer require the product, you may return it for a refund. Please print and complete the returns slip on the bottom of your ‘order has been dispatched’ email and include this with your returned package. We will not be able to process your return without it. It will be subject to the following.

You have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, to return your unwanted item to us. Please return the goods to us, unused with the original packaging to Wahl (UK) Ltd. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.

Please note: Used goods will not be refunded but returned to the customer.

We suggest that you obtain proof of posting for your own records (in case of loss or damage in transit). Please note that failure to take reasonable care of the goods may deem them unacceptable for return. Any hygiene seals must be intact. If the goods are returned used, you will lose your right to cancel. Once received in line with above, we will refund the full purchase price paid at the time of ordering via the payment method originally used for purchase within 7 days of receipt of the unwanted item.

 

If a product is sold as part of a product combination including free or discounted items, the bundled products must all be returned to Wahl (UK) Ltd.

We guarantee that our products will be of satisfactory quality inline to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Details of the guarantee period offered with your product will be specified in the instruction booklet.

 

Please note that blade wear, batteries and other consumables are not covered under the terms of our guarantee.

Standard Delivery
Starting in August 2024, Wahl UK began shipping online orders to the Republic of Ireland for purchases under €184.50 (including VAT). For all orders, delivery is €16.99, shipped via Parcelforce Euro Economy tracked service, aiming to deliver within 5 working days once dispatched.

Order Restrictions
If you wish to place an order totalling over €184.50 (including VAT), you will need to split your order into 2-3 separate transactions for it to be processed. Unfortunately, due to current restrictions, any single order over this amount cannot be processed at this time.

Please note that the following products cannot be shipped to the Republic of Ireland:

Promo Codes Policy

From time to time, we may provide you with Promo Codes that can be used to reduce the price of your order. Please be aware of the following terms and conditions that apply when using Promo Codes:

  1. Valid for Single Use per Customer: Promo Codes are limited to one use per customer account, unless stated otherwise.
  2. Ineligible Items: Promo Codes cannot be used on:
    • Items already on sale or with a discount applied (e.g., reduced RRP or promotional offers)
    • Academy Courses
    • Refurbished Items
  3. No Combination of Discounts: Promo Codes cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotions applied to the same order.
  4. Application at Checkout: Promo Codes must be entered by the customer at checkout. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied once the order has been confirmed and processed.
  5. Maximum Spend Limit: Promo Codes can only be applied on orders with a maximum spend of £500 or less.
  6. Product-Specific Limitations: Promo Codes are only valid on specific products, as indicated during the promotion. Availability of products with Promo Codes is subject to stock levels and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
  7. Discount Eligibility Clarification: The term “sale” or “promotion” includes any item that has a reduced price compared to its regular or standard price, regardless of whether it is labeled as “Sale” or “Discounted” on the website. If an item has a reduced price from its regular price (e.g., discounted RRP or limited-time promotion), it is considered ineligible for further discounts through Promo Codes.
  8. Exclusions for Student Discounts: Student discounts (e.g., Youth Discount & Student Beans) cannot be applied to the following:
    • Academy Courses
    • Refurbished Items
    • Items that are already discounted or on promotion.

By using a Promo Code, you agree to these terms and conditions. Misuse or attempt to circumvent these rules may result in the cancellation of the discount or order.

Our Bundle and Free Gift Promotion Policy outlines the terms and conditions for using promotional discounts on bundled items and free gift offers. Please review this policy to understand how these offers apply to your purchase and any restrictions involved.

Bundle Offers

  • Definition: Bundle offers combine multiple products at a discounted price.
  • Eligibility: Bundles are available on selected product combinations and will always discount from the original price (Standard Selling Price) of the items, even if the products are currently on sale.
  • Exclusions: Additional promo codes cannot be applied to bundles, and bundles cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
  • Returns: All items in a bundle must be returned together for a full refund. Partial returns are not accepted unless a specific item is defective.

Free Gift Promotions

  • Definition: Free gift promotions provide an additional product at no extra cost when purchasing a qualifying item.
  • Eligibility: Free gifts apply only to the specified items in the promotion and cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Returns: If you return the main product, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition. If the free gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from your refund.

Returns and Refunds for Bundles and Free Gifts

  • Full Returns: All items in a bundle or any associated free gifts must be returned together for a full refund.
  • Defective Items: If one item in a bundle is defective, only that item will be replaced or refunded without requiring the return of the entire bundle.
